The pendant measures only 3/4" and yet every tiny detail of the heart is on show, from its tiny arteries to all its vessels and chambers. 

Beautiful hand carved details by master Canadian silversmith Lost Apostle, using a 6,000 year old method called the Lost Wax process. This item is treated so that it will never tarnish. 

Bangle Diameter: 4.5" which means it's a good fit for most wrist sizes.
